Here are some of the basic questions and answers we get asked frequently, if you have other inquiries dont hesitate to contact us:

Q. How do I book a course and what do I need?

To book a course just fill out our registraton form or send us an email with these details: name, nationality, date of course, type of course, type of housing if needed. To book you dont need any type of special Visa.

Q. When should I arrive to my housing option? And depart?

Please arrive on Sunday after 1pm . Departure is Saturday after the course at 1pm.

Q. What is the minimum age?

We dont have a minimum, but for group lessons its 16. Childeren under 16 are welcome but placed in separate groups.

Q. Which course should I choose?

Depends on your needs, we recommend the standard course but if you need to specialize in a topic you should go for the super intensive.

Q. I want college credit in the US?

We do offer it, please contact us for any questions.

Q. What is the maximum number of students per class? Average?

Maximum would be 8 and average 3-4.

Q. Whats the nationality mix?

Most of our students come from: the US, the UK, Japan, Germany, Brazil, Swizerland, Sandinavia, France and Australia but we have all nationalities.

Q. Are yoga lessons included?

Yes, asides from the language course, the fee you pay includes yoga lessons and either cooking or dancing (2 hours a week). Yoga is in the morning and sometimes we have special sessions at dusk.

Q. What do i do on day 1?

You should arrive at 9,15am with a copy of an ID and take (optional) a placement examination, this exam you can also take before arrival if requested, in this case you can arrive 9,45am. You will also receive an information pack.

Q. How do I get to Tulum?

You should fly to Cancun airport and then you can take a bus from ADO or shuttle, there are many companies offering shuttles and it takes 90 minutes from Cancun Airport or 30-45 minutes from Playa del Carmen. Its really worth the trip.
